Methods

Using fairy tale cards in coaching is an effective method because it bypasses conscious defenses and accesses the unconscious. The symbols and stories provide a safe space for exploring emotions, inner conflicts, and blockages. Clients gain new insights through their own interpretations, making it easier to find solutions. The cards support self-awareness and deep reflection in a creative and playful way.

Wingwave is a powerful coaching method that quickly reduces stress, dissolves inner blocks, and overcomes performance-related emotional barriers. By combining eye movements, muscle testing, and NLP techniques, it provides direct access to unconscious processes. This allows for targeted and lasting change in a short time. It’s especially effective for dealing with fears, anxiety, low self-confidence, or past traumas.
